We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing operations team.

Your Mission:

In this role, you will play a key part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are produced and delivered efficiently and to high-quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain an efficient, clean and organized work area
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
• Assemble components and products following established procedures
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Properly record inventory on “In&Out”sheets
• Reporting. Submit report/information by the end of each workday in accordance with established procedures/formats

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
