Job Purpose

We are seeking a people-oriented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and verification of final selections.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
  • The CRS should refer to their account process sheet(s) daily and stay up-to-date with any changes made through our Implementations department.
  • Confirm products are ordered and lead-times are met
  • Play an active role in collecting correct Purchase Orders from Customers, including helping to manage the customers outstanding Need PO.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • +2 years of previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable performing basic math calculations
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Applications
