You’re the one with the magic to adjust and make things work. But you’re tired of being the afterthought — instead of the asset. At Wisenbaker, we built our Cabinet Modification Team around people who know the difference between “good enough” and “done right.”

Your Mission:

Take command of every custom cabinet modification that comes through our plant. That means interpreting work orders, making precision adjustments on the computer, working with multiple materials, and hitting quality and speed benchmarks. You’ll be on the last line before delivery — and the last chance to get it right. If you can think on your feet, read a spec sheet, and deliver clean work fast, we’ve got a bench for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Using software, modify, and adapt cabinetry components to meet field specs and customer requests
• Interpret work orders, blueprints, and installation notes — and make smart judgment calls when needed
• Consistently produce quality work and meet daily deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years working with cabinetry, woodworking, or finish carpentry software designs
• Ability to read cabinet layouts, field dimensions, modification specs, as well as cabinet assembly knowledge and modification
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship — sloppy work won’t fly here
• Ability to produce top notch work, while under tight deadlines
• Bonus points if you've worked in high-volume environments or with custom/builder-grade cabinets.
