Position Type

Job Purpose

You fix what engineering missed — every dang time.
Sick of cleaning up other people’s mess? Time to run the whole build.

You’ve been the hidden hero behind too many “miracle saves.” You spot the design flaw before it hits the floor. You rewrite the plan mid-flight just to keep install on track. But you’re still stuck cleaning up — not leading from the start.

At Wisenbaker, we hand the keys to people who earn them. If you’ve got the brains, guts, and blueprint chops to lead high-impact cabinet manufacturing projects, we’re ready to give you real control.

Your Mission:

Own the execution of cabinet engineering projects — from spec to install. You’ll lead planning, solve problems upstream, and drive results that actually stick. No babysitting. No red tape. Just high expectations and real authority in North Houston.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

Turn Chaos into Cabinets

Turn vague specs into real-world, buildable solutions — first shot, no rework

Run multiple complex projects without a single dropped detail

Eliminate delays, waste, and confusion before they start

Fluent in engineering, production, and completion — and keeps them all in sync Track what matters: quality, speed, cost, and repeatability Don't just improve systems — makes them bulletproof

Qualifications & Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • Expert in CAD, production workflows, and technical problem-solving
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
  • Proven project leadership — no passengers here
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or strong ops instincts
  • Strong communicator who owns results and earns trust
