Your Mission?

As a Quality Associate, you’ll ensure that every product that leaves our manufacturing line is up to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in preventing issues, maintaining consistency, and making sure that every item is flawless before it reaches our customers. Your attention to detail will drive excellence and keep our reputation solid.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Loving it):

• Inspecting products at various stages of production to make sure they meet quality standards. You'll catch the tiniest flaws and ensure we always stay ahead of potential issues.
• Identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with production teams to implement better processes. You’ll be our go-to problem solver, always finding ways to improve.
• Maintaining quality documentation, ensuring that everything is properly recorded and compliant with regulations and industry standards.
• Analyzing trends and tracking the effectiveness of quality improvement efforts—use your insights to keep us at the top of our game.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless workflow and maintain consistency across products.

What We’re Looking For:

• You’ve worked in a quality control role before, at least 1 year —ideally in manufacturing—but if you have the right mindset, we’ll train you!
• A high school diploma is required, and any additional certifications (ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are a bonus!
• You have an eye for detail, the ability to spot issues quickly, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
• You’re comfortable with quality control tools like calipers, gauges, and ERP systems (don’t worry—we’ll help you brush up if needed!).
