Team member will manage projects from end to-end in an efficient manner, ensuring timely delivery of a quality and successful project. Organization and delivery of projects, with the assistance of Cabinet Manufacturing teams. Strong communication bridge between all departments, in order to execute and deliver a successful project.

• Oversee all aspects of projects with a focus on engineering systems and software changes.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project.
• Prepare reports for management regarding status of project.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
• Document internal processes.
• Maintain levels of communication internally to create high levels of project transparency over the whole project timeline.
• Partnering with the Operations Manager as required in order to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions.
• Promptly assist with any support requests.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management experience preferred.
• Background in engineering and software preferred. AutoCAD, SQL, Construct, Cyncly 20/20.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Reliable & good time management skills
• Highly self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• The ability to set and maintain a high standard
• Understand the importance of a thorough project and thinking ahead before each required step.
• Requires a strong understanding of products, tools, and procedures
• Cabinet Experience 3 yr. minimum preferred
