Your Mission:

Own our cabinet estimating process. You’ll read the plans, run the numbers, and make sure every quote we send is rock solid. No padding. No surprises. Just real numbers that win work and protect the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the numbers and win the job.
• Build clean, accurate cabinet takeoffs from plans and specs.
• Partner with sales and design to deliver competitive, correct pricing.
• Keep databases current with real-time costs.
• Align estimates with engineering to ensure buildability.
• Handle change orders without drama or mistakes.
• Catch risks early.
• Track performance and sharpen accuracy every time.

What We’re Looking For (Let’s Be Honest):

• 3+ years of estimating experience (cabinetry, millwork, or residential construction)
• Sharp blueprint-reading skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience with takeoff/estimating software and Excel (you should own VLOOKUPs, not fear them)
• Bonus: experience working with national or regional homebuilders
