Your Mission:

 

Be the engine behind our cabinet order pipeline.
Own the order entry process from intake to execution. Translate builder selections into fully detailed, error-free cabinet orders that flow into production like clockwork. You’ll work across teams, tools, and timelines to make sure the right product shows up on site — every time.

This isn’t an “enter what they give you” job. This is a solve the gaps, spot the risks, ask the hard questions role. We’re looking for a thinker with stamina, someone who can juggle hundreds of details — without dropping the ball.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Taking full ownership of cabinet order entry and processing
  • Analyzing builder selections, floor plans, and specifications for accuracy and completeness
  • Identifying gaps or inconsistencies and follow up to resolve before processing
  • Ensuring all orders are correctly configured and released to manufacturing in our ERP system
  • Partnering with sales, field, and production teams to ensure order timelines and expectations are met
  • Keeping error rates low, timelines tight, and the whole process humming
  • Constantly looking for ways to streamline, clean up, and improve workflows

Qualifications & Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years in an order entry, project coordination, or operations support role (cabinetry or construction = a big bonus)
  • Comfortable working across plans, takeoffs, builder selections, and field measurements
  • Tech savvy — ERP, Excel, Outlook, and plan-viewing tools won’t scare you
