Our Data Analytics team has a voice, a roadmap, and the tools to build real impact—Power BI, SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory. You’ll own the pipeline end-to-end: from shaping models and writing stored procs to delivering dashboards that get used and trusted.

Your Mission:

As our Database Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing, optimizing, and securing our data infrastructure. You’ll ensure our systems run smoothly, queries are lightning-fast, and our data is both accessible and protected. In short: you’ll keep the digital engine running at peak performance while preparing us to scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Turn raw data into real insight
• Design clean data models, build reliable ETL pipelines, and create powerful dashboards using Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Power Query
• Manage and scale our analytics environment—governance, roles, performance—using tools like Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and PowerShell

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years owning databases — bonus if you've done it in the chaos of startups or scale-ups
• Fluent SQL and across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Tune, replicate, script, and automate like it’s second nature
• Lockdown security mindset — encryption and access control aren’t optional. If you know
• Snowflake or AI, even better. Your technical skills won’t just be appreciated—they’ll shape how decisions are made
• Move fast, adapt faster, and obsess over the details that keep systems sharp
