Position Type

Job Purpose

If your manager still doesn’t know your name, don’t spend another month building their dream.

Your name matters at Wisenbaker. Your opinion matters. And your contributions? Always recognized.

Your Mission:

We Don’t Need a Wrench Turner—We Need a Machine Whisperer.

If your idea of a good time is ripping into a machine that’s down hard and bringing it back from the dead before production even realizes it’s missing—we need to talk.  We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who doesn’t flinch when a gear seizes, a line goes down, or a sensor throws a fit. You’ll be the first one in, last one out, keeping everything from pneumatic systems to electrical panels humming like a tuned engine.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Actually Do (Because You’re Not Here to Push Paper):

This isn’t a warm-up role. If you’re the kind of tech who hears “It can’t be fixed” as a challenge, not a diagnosis, you’re exactly who we want.

  • Diagnose and repair everything from electrical and mechanical failures to pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, and facility issues — you fix it, test it, and move on quickly and right the first time
  • Own preventive maintenance and lead emergency fixes during production with zero tolerance for downtime
  • Use schematics, meters, and tools like a pro to identify problems, source parts, and restore machines to peak performance
  • Lead from the floor — run team huddles, communicate with production, and keep inventory and supervisors in the loop
  • Crush PMs like a machine medic. Nothing dies on your watch

Qualifications & Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to read schematics, diagnose issues quickly, and lead others through solutions
  • 4+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery
  • A technical degree or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate diverse teams
  • Proven track record of improving maintenance processes and driving operational efficiency
