Job Purpose

Tired of Just Putting Out Fires? We’re Powering Up.
You’re the one everyone calls when something breaks — and let’s be honest, it usually does. But you don’t just fix problems. You solve them. You know how machines should run, and you can spot an issue before it shuts everything down.

At Wisenbaker, we don’t wait for failure — we plan for precision. You’ll take the lead on keeping our production equipment and facilities in top shape, using your skills to prevent breakdowns, not just react to them. Your knowledge, your tools, your hustle — we put them where they count.

If you’re ready to run the show, we’re ready to hand over the keys.

Your Mission:
You’re not just a maintenance tech — you’re the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain everything from production machines to facility systems. We’ll rely on your know-how to keep us running smooth, safe, and strong. No micromanaging. No cutting corners. Just pride in your craft, every day.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and facility equipment
• Handle emergency repairs during production and stay ahead with scheduled maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues — and fix them fast
• Read manuals, follow work orders, and get machines back to spec
• Identify and report part needs to our inventory team to minimize downtime
• Keep your tools sharp and your workspace cleaner than you found it
• Report to leadership when tasks are complete — and ask, “What’s next?”
• Stay sharp on safety, because nothing runs without it

Qualifications & Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of electrical experience preferred
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Comfortable using a variety of hand tools, meters, and materials-handling gear
• CMMS knowledge is a plus
• A strong work ethic and sharp communication skills
• Someone who’s reliable, driven, and proud of the work they do
