Your Mission:

You’re not just a tech — you’re a template mastermind. You’ll own the process from start to finish, ensuring every template is flawless, so every cut is dead on. No more firefighting or fixing errors that should’ve never happened. This is your chance to take the lead, do it right, and take pride in your craft.

What You'll Be Doing:

• • Take full command of the templating process — from translating builder specs and design intent into flawless, ready-for-production templates, to continuously refining the tools and methods used
  • You're the critical line of defense against errors: your keen eye ensures every template is accurate and every issue is resolved before reaching the shop floor.
  • You’ll collaborate tightly with the team to enforce zero tolerance for mistakes and drive continuous improvements in speed, quality, and consistency

What We’re Looking For:

• • Measuring and templating experience, preferably in cabinetry, millwork, or construction
  • You know how to read blueprints and turn them into accurate, workable templates—no second guessing
  • You work independently and solve problems on your own. We don’t micromanage, and we don’t expect to babysit
  • Extra points if you have CAD skills or digital templating experience
  • We care about one thing: results. Get it right the first time, every time
