Job Purpose

The Pricing Analyst provides critical support to Sales, Design Centers, and Estimating teams, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing strategies. This role also collaborates closely with Inside Operations to streamline processes and maintain pricing integrity across the organization. By delivering actionable insights and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships, the Pricing Analyst plays a key role in driving profitability and operational efficiency.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing customer specific data, product programs, community feature offerings, market and retail pricing.
  • Oversee all pricing functions for designated accounts.
  • Validating customer updates with sales, implementation, and inventory on various projects.
  • Ensuring that all work performed follows Estimating Operations processes, pricing standards and protocols.
  • Keeping clear and concise records/notes of all completed pricing or specification updates.
  • Auditing of pricing tasks completed by self and other pricing analyst.
  • Understanding of Design, Estimating and Data Specialist roles and how they effect the Pricing Analyst processes.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • College Degree Preferred (Some College)
  • 1 + years data analytics or similar experience
  • Excel – Word - Outlook
  • Proficient Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Mathematics skills.
  • Project management –extremely detailed oriented while managing multiple tasks with accuracy; can prioritize work daily to ensure on time completion.
  • Industry product knowledge preferred
