Home Service Representatives are well versed and timely in answering customers inquiries, resolving emergency problems, providing product information, and in helping the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve the issue at hand. The Home Service Representative can process a large volume of service and warranty requests, while maintaining their professionalism and their wide range of knowledge on the products and services the company provides.

• Provide positive customer service support to customers and homeowners via phone and email for the range of services and products our company provides.
• Process service and warranty requests received via phone, inbox, or builder scheduling software.
• Schedule inspections with homeowners, assessing routine warranty claims, and follow all service requests through to completion.
• Construct custom quotes for services and request the necessary purchase orders from the customer prior to services being rendered.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge.
• Perform general administration tasks such as: Email, document preparation, phone and filing.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• College Degree Preferred
• 1-2 years Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Experience in related field a plus
• Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills
• Detail oriented and effectively multi-task
• Possess problem solving and analytical skills
