As an Occupied Service Representative, you’ll manage and process warranty and service requests for occupied homes. You’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone or inbox, making sure every issue is handled thoroughly, efficiently, and with care. Your Mission:
Deliver outstanding customer support by managing occupied warranty service requests from start to finish. You’ll coordinate with homeowners, builders, and internal teams to ensure each issue is resolved to everyone’s satisfaction — and you’ll be key to maintaining Wisenbaker’s reputation for dependable, high-quality service.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service via phone and email
• Process incoming service requests from customers, homeowners, and field teams
• Schedule home inspections and follow up on service timelines and completion
• Coordinate with Field Warranty Managers and Claims to track ongoing work
• Generate service quotes and secure required purchase orders
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with homeowners throughout the service process
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and encourage positive survey responses
• Stay current on Wisenbaker products, service procedures, and account-specific processes
• Perform administrative tasks including communication, documentation, and tracking
• High school diploma required
• 1–2 years of customer service experience (homebuilding or related field a plus)
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
• Detail-oriented with solid time management and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solver with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable with high volumes of phone and email communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and account processes
