We’re hiring a Credit Coordinator who will be the steady hand behind the scenes—spotting risks, organizing critical documents, and keeping account managers equipped with the right info before they even ask. 

 

Job Purpose 

Because when credit processes break down, we don’t just lose time—we lose trust. This role exists to keep things clean from the start: clear onboarding, airtight documentation, and early warning signs caught before they become costly problems. 

You’re not here to clean up old messes. You’re here to make sure they never happen. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

 

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): 

  • Set it up right from the start – onboard new customers, process credit apps, and deliver clean folders and smart insights to the Credit Manager. 

  • Keep the wheels turning – handle credit card payments, release cash jobs, and respond to internal AR/accounting questions like a total pro. 

  • Track and report like a hawk – monitor unbilled orders, unapplied payments, and account behavior; flag problems before they escalate. 

  • Minimize risk – prep lien notices, research property deeds, manage insurance certs, and ensure our documentation is bulletproof. 

  • Analyze and advise – help us understand how customers pay, why they delay, and what we can do to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Excel-savvy—comfortable with pivots, reports, and data cleanup 

  • Trusted to get things done right, on time, and drama-free 

  • Calm, independent, and self-motivated 

  • Confident with Outlook, Word, Excel—and eager to keep learning
