Your Mission:

• Own the ERP ecosystem — align product setup, engineering tools, and shop floor tech.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team that thrives on collaboration, clarity, and accountability.
• Partner across departments to drive performance, cut downtime, and improve flow.
• Create sustainable structure — systems that work, people who grow, outcomes that scale.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid, Collaborative Leadership in a proven ERP-driven environments in manufacturing — you understand how systems drive production.
• Deep experience with 20/20 Insight and Cabinet Vision — you know how to set it up, manage it, and make it work on the floor.
• Proven success integrating ERP with shop floor tools, machines, and real-time production data.
• Strong understanding of product configuration, BOM setup, routing, and engineering change management.
• Background in cabinet manufacturing or custom/engineered-to-order production.
• A steady, people-first leadership style — clear communicator, team builder, and process champion.
• Obsession with clean data, tight processes, and results you can measure.
