You’re the type of person who works well with your hands, stays focused after hours, and takes pride in keeping things running behind the scenes. At Wisenbaker Builder Services, we’re looking for a Maintenance Helper to join our night shift team and help support our equipment and facility operations.

As a Night Shift Maintenance Helper, you’ll assist with installations, repairs, and routine maintenance of production and facility equipment. You’ll work closely with our maintenance technicians to keep things operating safely and efficiently — all while gaining valuable experience with a variety of tools and systems.

Shift Hours:

5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Full-time | Monday through Friday

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help install, maintain, and troubleshoot production machines and facility equipment

• Assist with emergency repairs and scheduled night maintenance

• Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Diagnose and fix minor problems — replace or repair parts and test equipment

• Perform regular preventative maintenance and inspections

• Help with plumbing, carpentry, painting, grinding, and refurbishing tasks

• Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and other equipment

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized night work area

• Support other maintenance team members and follow safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Dependable and able to work night shifts consistently

• Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction

• Basic mechanical or technical experience is a plus

• Good communication skills and a focus on safety

• Takes initiative and works well independently
