The Role: Sales Executive – Customer Champion & Deal Closer

You’ll be the primary liaison between our customers and our team, ensuring every need is understood, every expectation is exceeded, and every relationship turns into a long-term partnership. You’re not just representing our software—you’re representing our standards, our reliability, and our reputation.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Your Mission:

  • Own and grow key customer relationships from first conversation to long-term retention

  • Translate real-world customer challenges into software solutions that matter

  • Navigate homebuilding complexity with confidence and simplicity

  • Collaborate across departments to make sure promises made = promises kept

  • Close smart, strategic deals—and make it feel effortless

Qualifications & Required Skills

What We’re Looking For

We’re not here to micromanage. We’re here to hand the reins to a confident sales pro who knows how to drive revenue and make clients feel seen. You bring:

  • 3+ years of sales success—especially in construction, homebuilding, or software

  • A relationship-driven mindset, with a relentless follow-up game and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and communication skills—you can talk strategy, not just specs

  • Tech comfort: CRMs, pipeline reports, demo tools—you know your way around

  • A college degree or equivalent experience in making customers say “yes”
