BuildOn Technologies seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and executing testing strategies to ensure our software meets functional requirements and quality standards. The successful candidate will actively collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment, contributing to continuous product improvement through thorough testing and defect resolution.

• Testing Strategy: Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive testing strategies aligned with project requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Test Case Development: Create and perform manual, exploratory, and regression test cases to validate software functionality.
• Integration Testing: Perform integration testing using tools such as Postman to ensure seamless interaction between system components.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and communicate defects clearly and effectively.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with development teams in troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues, ensuring timely root-cause analysis.
• Agile Participation: Actively engage in planning, daily stand-ups, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance. Coding experience in C# and JavaScript a plus.
• QA Methodologies: Proficiency with test management software, specifically Azure DevOps, and robust understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL for database validation and verification.
• Troubleshooting: Proven ability to systematically troubleshoot, document, and resolve defects.
• Detail Orientation: Demonstrated thoroughness and attention to detail in testing activities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical for effective collaboration and cross-functional communication in an Agile environment.
• Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
• Time Management: Strong ability to multitask and effectively manage time and priorities.
