Tired of design work that feels more like data entry than actual design? Frustrated watching your attention to detail get buried under vague requests and endless rework? Ready to use your skills where they’re actually valued — by people who know that a great layout is the foundation of a great build?
Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
At our company, Cabinet Designers aren’t afterthoughts — they’re key players. You’ll take blueprints, specs, and real-world builder needs and turn them into clean, functional, beautiful layouts using 20-20 Technologies software. You’ll be solving real problems, not just checking boxes. You’ll have the freedom to think critically, contribute ideas, and make a real difference in how every project comes together.
If you’re looking for a desk job where you zone out and follow templates, this isn’t it. But if you’re a designer who thrives on precision, collaboration, and a challenge — we’re ready for you.
Your Mission:
You’re not just designing cabinets — you’re designing how builders and clients experience their space. Your work will:
Translate complex architectural plans into detailed, accurate cabinet designs using 20-20
Ensure every layout hits both aesthetic and practical goals — no guesswork, no cut corners
Solve real-world design challenges with critical thinking and flexibility
Support the build team with solutions that make their work easier, faster, and more precise
Raise the bar for quality across every project you touch
You’ll be the go-to person when the specs don’t make sense, the drawings need finesse, and the team needs a design brain they can count on.
What You’ll Do:
Use 20-20 Technologies to produce accurate, builder-ready cabinet designs from blueprints and architectural drawings
Interpret and apply written, verbal, diagrammed, and scheduled instructions to deliver high-quality layouts
Solve complex design challenges with logic, creativity, and attention to function
Balance multiple priorities with deadlines — and still get the details right
Collaborate closely with peers and leadership, contributing to a high-performing design team
Assist in training and onboarding new hires — you know what great design looks like, and you’ll help others get there
Take on additional tasks from the Cabinet Design Manager as needed — because you’re a team player, not a box checker
