Position Type
Full-Time

Job Purpose

HANDY, HUNGRY, & ALWAYS READY TO HELP — EVEN AFTER HOURS.

Feel like you're always the one people rely on — but never the one who gets recognized? Tired of being called in only when things go wrong, and never being part of the plan to keep them running right? Looking for a team that values your hustle, your hands-on skills, and your willingness to jump in wherever needed?

You’ve found it.

Here, you’re not “just a helper.” You’re the oil in the machine — the extra set of hands that keeps everything from falling behind. You’ll assist in maintaining, repairing, and improving the very equipment that keeps our business moving. Whether it’s troubleshooting an issue, tackling a preventive fix, or lending a hand in the water plant, you’ll be a key player in keeping our operations safe, smooth, and strong.

And you’ll do it on the night shift (5:00 PM – 1:30 AM) — when fewer people are around, but the work is just as essential. We respect the commitment it takes to work those hours — and we make sure it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Your Mission:
You’re not here to stand in the shadows — you’re here to be essential. Day in and day out (or in your case, night in and night out), you’ll:

  • Assist with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting machines and plant equipment

  • Jump into both emergency and scheduled repairs — learning fast and helping faster

  • Support our maintenance techs and water plant crew like the reliable teammate you are

  • Take pride in clean, safe work areas — because you know details matter

  • Get your hands on everything from pneumatics to plumbing, and learn something new every night

If you like variety, value stability, and want to build real technical chops — this is the place.

Qualifications & Required Skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Help maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment

  • Use hand/power tools, meters, and gear like a pro (or learn fast)

  • Diagnose small issues and make smart repairs with a tech’s guidance

  • Perform preventive maintenance and update PM checklists

  • Assist with carpentry, plumbing, painting, labeling, and refurbishing machinery

  • Stay alert to safety issues and keep workspaces tidy

  • Pitch in wherever needed — because you’re part of the team

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma

  • Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic

  • Good communicator and team player

  • Driven, reliable, and ready to take initiative

  • Physically active — you’ll be walking, climbing, lifting (up to 55 lbs), and problem-solving on your feet

  • Comfortable working in a seasonally hot/cold, loud environment
