The Detail-Oriented Problem-Solver Who Turns Numbers Into Insights? That’s You.
You see numbers, and you don’t just record them — you make sense of them. You know how to keep information accurate, organized, and ready to help a team make better decisions. In our production world, those skills aren’t just nice to have — they’re critical.
As a Production Data Handler, you’ll be the go-to person for turning raw production data into clear, usable insights. You’ll work closely with our Production Management team to track piece rates, keep performance metrics accurate, and make sure managers have the information they need to hit goals and keep improving. You’re not just entering data — you’re helping us run smarter, faster, and better.
Your Mission:
Create and maintain a smooth, reliable data tracking system that keeps production running at peak efficiency — all while making sure our operators can stay focused on their work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Compile, input, and track production piece rates by operation, delivering clear and concise reports to management.
Monitor data points across departments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Flag missing or incomplete information so managers can take action.
Help build and refine a structured data system to track piece rates, employee review schedules, SOP revisions, machine usage, Lean initiatives, and training documentation.
Maintain tracking sheets for ongoing projects and deadlines.
Support management with additional data entry or shop floor improvement projects.
Occasionally assist with hands-on tasks like organization, marking work areas, or other process improvements on the production floor.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma required.
2–3 years of data entry experience (experience with metrics/KPIs is a big plus).
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong typing (30+ WPM) and 10-key proficiency.
Familiarity with database design, software, and SQL is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
