Your Mission:

As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll own the flow of goods from the second they arrive to the moment they leave. You’ll coach the team, streamline operations, and ensure every pallet, pick, and shipment is done with precision. No micromanagement. No guesswork. Just clear goals, a strong team, and your leadership at the core.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):

• Lead the daily hustle — receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping — and make sure it’s done right, every time.
• Keep your inventory clean and tight: cycle counts, spot checks, and no surprises.
• Manage the floor layout for flow, safety, and storage — because every square foot counts.
• Own the metrics: track performance, solve bottlenecks, and keep leadership in the loop.
• Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and accounting to support smooth operations and great customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience managing a warehouse or logistics team — preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• You lead with clarity, accountability, and respect — and you’ve got the results to prove it.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, WMS systems, and warehouse KPIs.
• Comfortable using Excel and navigating systems for orders, tracking, and reporting.
• Forklift certified or willing to be — and safety-first always.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)? Big plus.
