Job Purpose

The organized, dependable, bilingual team player who keeps the warehouse running smoothly.

You take pride in making sure everything is in its place, and you don’t mind a little heavy lifting along the way. You also bring the ability to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, helping keep operations smooth and inclusive. At Wisenbaker, that kind of person isn’t just helpful—it’s essential.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be the backbone of our warehouse operations. From receiving and stocking materials to keeping the inventory accurate and assisting with intra-company transfers, you make sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time. You’ll also help with sales of materials from the warehouse cage and contribute to keeping our space clean, safe, and efficient.

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas—including shelves, pallets, and workstations.

  • Conduct scheduled cycle counts, reconcile variances, and update records.

  • Assist with inventory of Made-to-Stock goods, new samples, and test materials.

  • Support sales of warehouse materials to internal departments.

  • Communicate effectively with all team members in English and Spanish.

  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

  • Forklift experience and a clean driving record.
