Job Purpose

Tired of being stuck in a job where ‘good enough’ is the standard?

We know how frustrating it can be to catch issues after the fact and feel like you're never empowered to prevent them. At Wisenbaker, you’ll be the one who ensures things are done right from the start. As a Quality Technician, you’ll have the authority to implement proactive solutions, ensuring top-tier products and processes from day one. We trust you to lead the charge in quality, not just react to problems.

We’re looking for quality technicians with all levels of experience. Whether you’ve been honing your skills for years or are just starting to build your career, we’ll help you grow while ensuring quality never takes a backseat.

Your Mission:

In this role, you’ll be the critical link between production and perfection. You'll ensure every part, every piece, and every detail meets Wisenbaker’s high standards before it reaches the customer. Your mission will be to inspect, test, and oversee the quality of materials and products in our manufacturing process—always striving for the highest level of accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving Every Minute of It):

  • Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet our exact specifications.
  • Identify quality concerns and implement effective corrective actions to resolve any issues within production processes.
  • Collaborate with the production team, offering valuable feedback and suggestions to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Track and document findings related to product quality and inspection results, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with industry standards, keeping our operations up to par with both internal and external requirements.
  • Solve problems by actively troubleshooting issues and working with cross-functional teams to find the best solutions to quality challenges.

Qualifications & Required Skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a quality control or quality technician role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • A solid understanding of quality systems, inspection methods, and process controls.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, lean manufacturing principles, or similar quality certifications is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, solution-driven approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with production teams and management.

But we’re more than materials — we’re a people-powered operation where hard work is noticed, growth is real, and leadership actually leads. If you're ready to be part of something built to last, welcome to Wisenbaker.
